Default Good body weight exercise routines?

For my sister thats trying to lose weight, i've done some footwork routines with her, and some timed arm presses (idk how to esplain it) but i need more, and keep in mind that we live in a two-bedroom apartment, so no running or jump roping

Thanks in advance

Jump rope
Squats
Lunges
Up-Downs (burpees)
Pushups
Crunches
Work up to L-sits (all you need is 2 chairs)
Dips (again, only need a chair)
Also, it's easy to make light DBs with home supplies

Lots of things, too many to list.

EDIT: Didn't see no jump rope...but she could always do it outside. And does she have the money for a gym?

Why does living in an apartment stop her from running?

What floor do you live on? Make her take the stairs.

no wait, mistake! i mean i can do over 10 pull ups so i had read that if you do over 10 you have to add weight. better to add weight or pull ups/chin up without weights? yes i can do more than 100 pull ups but not in a row.

Hi Johnny,
Some tips for your sister to lose weight.
Break meals in 5/6 small meals including snacks and prefer raw food over processed food. Increase water intake, drink green tea and avoid beverages and diet soda. Tell her to use stairs instead of lift or elevators and jogging in place to burn fat and boost metabolism. Dancing, yoga, light weight lifting and stretching are also helpful exercises for her.

Unless it's for warm-up or active recovery light weight lifting is useless.
