'if you are doing a bicep curl to deltoid/ tricep press in the frontal plain and you let go of the weights when they are over your head- will they float in mid air supported by a mysterious magic force or will they fall to the ground?'

My original question was that for a workout, should you work the muscles using every anatomical plane of movement. I don't get why that is a question worthy of the piss taking you have been giving?

Instead of helping you decided to be a complete abusive asshole, and then even started pulling rank. You really haven't made yourself come across well in this thread. I have never met you, yet i think your a complete knob, who is the last person i would approach for fitness advice.

I am not embarrassed about what asked, why should i be?

I called you a twat because that's exactly what you are; a big, bulging, belching vagina.

Do me and yourself a favour, in future don't even consider posting in a thread i make. It will make both our lives easier, because your a cunt and you probably feel the same about me.
