Default Any advice as a southpaw?

So I'm a right-handed southpaw..I think (I shoot my rifle with my left and do other things with my left hand) but write with my right. I see a lot of advice for right handers on what to do against a southpaw..people say just do the opposite..BUT southpaws aren't a mirror image..we throw punches differently..organs in a southpaw aren't flopped over, so the weight distribution is different in our stance.

I just want some tips of the trade, I turned right handed for a short while..the jab lands pretty's a strong jab but my straight right is a floater and my punches are slower

you really will fare well if you take "fighting southpaw" advice and flip it. your advantage is that you get to master is with practice b/c most of your spar mates and opponent's will be righties.

-move to your right
-when you have outside position throw your straight left & right hook, and angle to right
-keep your lead hand slightly higher and to the right of your opponent's lead left so you can parry and come over top with your lead jab/long hook (remember to step into outside position when taking that shot!)
-keep 60% of your weight in the back leg. when they reach to hit your target with their jab you can shift forward (moving your head off center line) and counter with your straight left, splitting their jab
