then you'll end up with a whole lot of low quality carbs like maltodextrin, and a bunch of other crap that your body has to work hard to get rid off.
staying hydrated with waters your best bet, glucosamine is your bodys energy supply and its carrier is water in a ratio of 1 to 3 so without water your quickly out of gas mate |

i drank about 8 lucazades sports before a fight and energy gels first round blitzed him nearly had him out of there second round starts same again next thing my mouth dries up like mad i struggle to breath he starts coming back. in the corner i couldnt keep any water down fourth round i was realy strugling to keep pace won the fight but afterwards was dizzy couldnt walk straight and was sick. now compare that to when i normally have water and a pasta meal i can go all night and i am never tierd after a fight, so for that reason i do not take anything before a fight

Hi VG,
Athletes use energy drinks as they are created to give energy for a fairly long time period.Energy drink increases stamina and boost energy and increase athletic performance. Energy drink have less calories so they helps in reducing weight also. Energy drinks are great supplementation to decreased fatigue and improve concentration. They should do one exhibition match where both boxers are high on meth. High adrenaline and heightened pain tolerance would provide for a very entertaining fight.
Now, let's bring it on! |

I've never used before a actually fight or match. But im a huge coffee drinker and definitely take some kinda of energy boost before training, because being at work all day just drains you and I feel I get a benefit from what i see in my progress and condition/energy levels but its all in your mind. If its a energy drink i only drink a 1/4 of it and at least 30 mins to a hour before the workout, but all depends on your tolerance and you knowing your body.
