The fact is Pacquaio is a guy that is supposed to fight for his fans and not care about money, yet he's just dropped a lawsuit that would have cleared any accusations in a court of law and agreed to pay his own court fee's with someone on behalf of Mayweather releasing a short statement repeating what he said over a year ago.

pac got what he wanted. a written statement from the mayweather's clearing his name. on top of that, the mayweather would have settled an undisclose amount of greater than the $113,000 that the court has forced the mayweathers to pay pac a few weeks ago for ducking the deposition.

it was the mayweather clan who looked foolish here in the end eating on their own words...

It hasn't cleared his name though, all Mayweather has done is repeat what he said over a year ago in that he didn't say Pacquiao was using steroids. People will still continue to question why he turned down a $40 million drugs test and he will have to step up and take the tests Mayweather wants if the fight is to happen.

The $114 Mayweather had to pay was because he didn't even bother turning up in court, not because anything had been proven one way or another.

Bladegunner was right in what he said, it's been a complete nothing case that has petered out to the point that both Pacquiao and Mayweather dropped their suits and ended up paying their own fee's.
