He can't. Floyd produces more revenue and makes higher paydays. Pac can't dictate shit to Floyd other than glove and ring size maybe.
It is clear who is on the "A" side when these negotiations take place. Manny agreeing to the testing and agreeing to take less (though still not what he's worth....41%) shows he is the B side of these negotiations. |

Floyd unlike Pac is willing to eat a little crow in order to settle all this crap. Pac was afraid of a test. Doesnt matter that he is willing to test now, when it mattered he acted like a complete fag. Just like his Pactards.
