Only found this out the other day - what a douche!!!

Froch left Henessey because he couldn't even get him on ITV!

Henessey couldn't even get Froch his first WBC defence in the UK! (Taylor)

And the same promoter couldn't even get Froch concessions with the S6! (Remember the Kessler / Abraham scenario?)

And now DeGale signs with him because Warran signed Groves....

So which belt is Henessey going to get? The WBC from Froch?.....er no. IBF? No again.

Maybe one of Ward's? lol.

****** wasn't allowing DeGale to fight enough, plus with the stage he is at in his career he should be on channel 5, personally I think the way forward in the UK is Matchroom Sports but that might be just because they have a good stable currently.

It could be over anything, most likely money, I really doubt it has anything to do with Groves.

Plus if James is going to go to the top he won't be with Henessey for long.

Hennessy messed up with certain fights in Carl's career, but that's the past. The fact is, right now he has a deal on terrestrial tele, gets his fighters to fight regulary, and put's them in tough fights. Good move by DeGale.

Also, people always point out the bad things with Hennessy, don't forget he got Froch a WBC title fight in Nottingham, in the same venue where Froch recently beat Bute.

Agreed but he didn't protect nor develop Froch. Henessey lacks the contacts and clout to get a meaningful belt and DeGale has looked very very beatable lately so i can't see him wrestling a belt from Froch or certainly not Ward.

Fair enough DeGale didn't look good in winning the EBU title, but in his first defence he looked like a future champ.

It's going to be hard to get DeGale a world title fight at Super Middleweight, but Abraham is their for the taking. Plus Ward will be moving up soon IMO, so a few belts will go vacant.
