I have cancelled my subscription in August but have since been double charged that very month, once in September and once this month. Of course I don't even have access to the channel. Their support line is also NEVER open and they don't repond to emails

I have only been with them 13 months, and although so far I have had no problems whatsoever, you never know.

If I spot any errors I will of course cancel immediately; I'll miss out on a lot of boxing but I can't let these people have an extra ten pounds.

Best just stick with Sky, they don't charge an extortionate monthly fee, they have never overcharged me and their customer service phoneline is superb..........

So far very happy with boxnation but they need 2 go HD soon

i agree.been with them cince the start up and never had any problems,cancelled for a few months and then started up again.ts all been good besides the none HD part.my mates came round to watch haye v chisora and they were shocked it wasnt in HD.id forgot all about it tbh but they do need to get it sorted asap.

I personally haven't had a problem with them, but I have seen more than one person complain about their customer service. Something they need to sort out.

Hmm. My subscription seems to have lapsed cos I can't get the channel. Thought it was direct debit? Need to get this sorted before the big one next Saturday.

They did send me a warning that they tried to take payment but couldn't. I just edited my details and happy days.

I've got no major qualms with them at the moment. The only other thing I'd like along with the decent fight is for it to go HD.

First and foremost its about the boxing for me, as I am sure it is for most subscribers, BUT..............

I really think they should aiming for HD now, its been a year and I think they need the extra push now that HD would give them.

One time it went off for me, I just needed to remove and reinsert the viewing card.

HD = Another channel on Sky which would cost a fair bit of cash. I'd like to see them move to a better ordering system to show they are doing well. I have my doubts at the moment.

They are a start up - and it takes a few years to get up to speed. I wish that their online offering was a bit more compelling. They could easily offer an archive of the fights in HD for subscribers. Look at the Netflix model - it's fantastic value.

I've had the online service for a couple weeks and I have to say the stream quality is not good. Sometimes it's so bad, when you go full screen you can't even make out the round/timer.

I do wonder what I'm paying for, considering there are alternative way of watching the channel, which are usually no worse...
