He schooled Kirkland in their fight before that ridiculous DQ. Apparently he was unlucky not to get the win against Chavez Jr and has a draw with Lara. Its been a while since I've seen him fight but I remember him as a solid fundamental guy without too much athleticism or power, the type of fighter Khan looks good against if he sticks to a game plan.

It's a crap fight but completely what was to be expected. It's like him fighting a Theophane or someone on that level IMO- someone who is not there to give Khan a test but rather someone he can try and work on stuff against without fear of a upset. He's just lost two on the run & one of them in a very bad way. It would be irresponsible of him to rush back against live opposition when he still needs to iron out so many flaws.
