What if Fraizer has stayed on his stool 5 seconds longer & Ali retired instead?

Fraizer would have been 2 & 1 against Ali.... History would have looked at Ali & Fraizer very differently.

The facts are that he did not but even more damning is that his performance level significantly depreciated when you put him in even fighters. He was akin to a flat track bully.

Well would he?

It would have been a shocking resume.
That would make DLH top 3 in my mind.....How could DLH top the Great Sugar Ray Robinson? Even by beating Shane, BHOP, Tito, Pac, Whitaker, Vargas, Floyd, IKE, and JCC...oh and Strum.....those were hid BIG fights.....It would've been amazing, but Robinson's Run was more incredible based on how far ahead of his time he was.

You also have to think certain fights wouldn't happen had Oscar won, eg if he beat Hopkins in 04 he likely would have stayed at 160 or even retired. Had he beaten Mayweather in 07 there would have been a rematch, no Pacquiao fight etc.

Not GOAT.

But no doubt raises his ATG status in another stratosphere.

We can even forget his tenure at 130 and he'd still be there.

Has anyone seen turbo around? He might have a say in this thing.

wins over Mayweather, Pac, Mosley, Trinidad and Hopkins with no losses would have made oscar #1 in my opinion. The fights he lost were all to ATG's.

Oscar would forget a Pac fight if he won against Mayweather.

You can apply this to a handful of fighters - Duran, Hearns, etc.
Not necesarrily GOAT, but a good case for top 10, if not top 5. Duran would certainly be in discussion of top 3 if he never was beaten by SRL, Hagler, Benitez, Pazienza, Camacho and Hearns. I mean that is GOAT material there.

For Oscar? Hmmm, sure arguable if the current 30 ATG's resume stays the same.

But think about it, if Pac, Hopkins and Tito all lose to Oscar, how would they stand in the ATG list and thus how does that affect Oscar in return?

A lot of what ifs but in my mind, his resume is ATG, his wins though is another matter.

That means he would have wins against Trinidad, Mosley, Hopkins, Money and Pacquiao...in addition to Chavez Sr., Whitaker, Camacho, Quartey, etc., etc. He'd have a really strong case IMO...top 3 p4p at the very least.

Oscar's career would include victories from 130 to 160, with wins over Trinidad, Mosley, Hopkins, Mayweather, etc. He would be #1 or #2 of all time.
