This would be a good fight. Idk if Gamboa still has any plans to fight at 126 tough and then his promotional issues may get in the way. If this fight were to happen, who would you pick? Mikey Garcia 29-0(25) http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-G_TNHjtCkO...a+-+farina.jpg vs Yuriorkis Gamboa 21-0 (16) http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-XxsPEIxuCS...kis-gamboa.jpg |

Gamboa looked like he didnt even want to be there that night. It was an unmotivated performance imo. Regardless he is still the top guy at 126 and Mikey will be a credible opponent should he get pass Salido.

I can see Garcia sending him into oblivion with a big right hand. I don't think that Gamboa can handle Garcia power but Garcia can be a bit tentative. If he hesitates too much he might get overwhelmed by Gamboa speed.

He expressed afterward that he was tired of critics predicting that he wouldn't be able to outbox him and could only out-fight him, so he laid back and played boxer. Mikey's already a formidable opponent but Salido would only make him soar even higher in the division (though I favor Salido to take him into deep waters and beat him.)
