Longcount, who, let's be honest, is a much more reputable source, said that BoxNation was at 30,000 subscribers in May. It's certainly not hard to believe they've improved on that figure substantially since Haye-Chisora. Frank also recently said they were 'well ahead' of schedule with regards to subscription levels.

Khan-McCloskey did 70k on Primetime and Khan has never been a PPV star.
Haye is, and his fight with Chisora garnered a lot of attention in the mainstream media. Plus it was a domestic, heavyweight grudge match - the biggest fight of the year in this country. I would be very surprised if it only brought in 120,000 new subscribers. |
