Povetkin's best win is still against chambers and that was ages ago. and he went life and death with Huck, who most people believe would lose to Haye and Adamek. Adamek and Haye's resumes are indeed better.

You can easily argue the moon is made of blue cheese and the Earth is flat. It won't make you look particularly bright, of course.

I will never forgive him for turning his back on Teddy Atlas after Teddy guided him to the World Championship. He is despicable

That was his mgrs decision.

Don't u think a guy like Tszyu is better for him anyway since the language barrier will no longer be an issue.

Don't forget that Teddy works his best as a motivator and screaming at a guy in a foreign language aint always a recipe for success.

Yeah he got him to dig deep and beat Chagaev, but I think Tszyu can get Sasha to a place where that fight aint close. Potvektin has the feet and hands to ensure that fight aint as close as it were.

Povetkin is horrid! He deserved to lose to a limited prodding CW in Huck!

Anyone decent at HW stands a chance vs this guy.

Povetkin is one of the games most honest men, but it's hard for just one man to go up against the might of the K2 PR machine.

Povetkin pulls out twice and he would have got a very very good purse.

Over 3 Milion the first time in 2008!!!!!

K2 won the purse bid.

Povetkinīs behavior is laughable.

That are facts nothing else. K2 won the purse bid in 2008 and 2010. This would have been Povetkinīs highest purse for a fight. But Povetkin pulls out.

2008:

Quote:
Fightnews has learned that K2 Promotions has won the purse bid for the IBF heavyweight championship bout between title holder Wladimir Klitschko and #1 ranked Alexander Povetkin. K2’s bid of $13,130,130., outshone Sauerland’s of $8,114,140.
2010:

Quote:
A purse bid was held in the IBF Office today for the IBF heavyweight championship mandatory defense between champion Wladimir Klitschko and Alexander Povetkin. K2 Promotions bid $ 8,313,000. Sauerland Events bid $ 4,250,001. K2 Promotions has 90 days to put this fight on.
