Huge Payday for Ward... the Jr Fan base is huge...! and Ward gets seen by the masses, in most likely a showcase performace against a guy who thinks he is good on the inside.. Ward puts on a Clinic against the ropes, in the cinter of the ring and Stops Jr...

He should but he does not need to, the fight will sell out in Oakland, the Bay Area Mexicans will come out in droves.

On top of that Chavez is calling him out, and he is the Title Holder at 168.

Are you people nuts lol. Whay a shit fight. Without a massive size advantage Jr is a club fighter at best. Id pick any of the top 10 168lbers to beat him.

Proof that marketability trumps actual skills

Respect to him for challenging the best at 168, but I think he needs to have a few fights before he tries to fight Ward.

I would like the Martinez rematch. It'd be a good fight. If not, I'll move up to 168. There I'll be physically complete.

Ward is the fight I want.

at 168 he will be a monster.
NO he will lose his main advantage his size Ward is alot bigger than his previous opponents and you dont think he has technique to fight someone great as Ward, he should stay at 160 as long as he can but props to him if he fights Ward at least he will not lose via KO but will be embarrassed thats for sure!

Can someone please tell me what Jr thinks he's done to deserve a shot at Ward at 168?

He'll lose every minute of every round... He should take a fight or two at 168 before he takes on Ward, give him a few wins and not back to back fights losing 23 rounds...
