Looked up Vince Lucero's record. Not really sure what to think of it.

For having your first MMA fight against a guy who was 22-22-1 I don't think he did that bad.

I guess we know he's not a COMPLETE can.

I'm actually really interested in seeing where he goes now.

Watched it live...felt he looked to slow..didn't react well on getting hit from even a slower guy... Now of the flip side, they guy he fought had a huge advantage in fighting back ground. In the end, Dave will win and draw some money, but will be KOed, and KOed very bad.

Looked up Vince record, not too bad. Can't bet guy to the lower middle of the road fighter, but steps up gets bead. A gate keeper for sure.

Still think if Vince had a chance to get into some kind of shape.. ((Well he was round and round is a shape)) Prob wouldv'e beat Dave.

The question now is, does the organization he's fighting in can build him up the right way and provide competition to test him?

To be honest, I think Batista might be able to hold his own against the level of Mustafa Al Turk.

The only thing missing from that clip is Vince McMahon walking down to the cage, with his ridiculously funny "I got grapefruit's in my pants" strut and cutting a promo on Lucero and Batista running up behind his opponent and hitting him with a chair.

He actually managed to land on Batista due to his nonexistent defense. Whether it's due to nerves or he really isn't used to that thing is up for debate.

Anyways, Batista managed to score a takedown and that was the start of the end. He managed to get the back of his opponent and attempted a rear naked choke but settled for GnP instead.

My own opinion, I'm a fan of his and I want to see him well in MMA, but from what I saw, he ain't going very far.
Hmmm... sounds like a pretty managed fight.

I'm pretty sure Kimbo would kick the shit out of Batista. So would Lashley.

Worst of all, Batista defends against oncoming punches by blocking them with his face.

Seriously, that guy's striking coach needs to get fired.
