Hi Guys,

Thanks for all your valuable and very helpful replies.
I am waiting for a national or international boxing coach reply. I never did smoking and drinking. Infact whenever there is chance to move to parties even then I sometimes company my friends with soft drinks but never touch alcohol, bear or smoke. This seems good that i have to make the speed which i have confidence that I can do 8000 Meters in 30 minutes.

I'm a part time international boxing coach. Yes you can do.

How long do you think you will this desire and interest? Everything is based on that.

Yes you can but i wouldnt expect to go pro, try for semi pro or white collar boxing. Lots of lads in our gym are starting in their mid to late 20s, mainly because they're ex sunday morning footballers or rugby players who have fallen out of love with there sport and want to try boxing, some of them are pretty handy and quite tough naturally, so a little technique and bang there ready! I had my first fight at 30.

Matt Skelton started his pro career when he was 35, and he hasn't done that bad for himself.

I said very hard, I was inclined to say no but saw that you had background in mma so were already a fighter, the olympics are pretty much out for you, and you can only am box for 2 years max. So more or less you'd have to be some kind of jersey joe wallcot or something. The main disadvantage you have is that most pros start thinking about retiring, have deep amateur backgrounds. Losses set you back alot in boxing. Depending on weight class you need anywhere from as low as 9-12 (usually in a weak division with a vacated title) to as high as 20-30 fights. And if you do makeit, you will have to fight like an old timer and maybe fight every month just so you can get that amount of wins before you turn too old.

To be honest all the factors are against you, but some people for whatever rreason can box well even into their 40s like Holyfield. You better be able to fight with taking little damage.

Bicep curls and leg press? Is this a troll thread? Also lol at the guy saying that weights will slow you down and have a negative effect on your flexibility.

Weighs will slow you down and reduce your flexibility and hand speed

You're over-****yzing. You could win in 2 punches, maybe you'll win after throwing 124 punches or 237, there's no ****ing answer.

So many people asking silly questions on this forum lately it's unreal.
