Haye's footwork, speed, and finesse was negated by Wlad's almost as good, or arguable better footwork, speed and finesse. However, against Vitali, Haye would enjoy quite a huge advantage.

I think Wlad beats Adamek wide UD, 119-109 stuff, while Haye and Vitali might be really close. I'd favour Haye if Vitali has wind issues, but can see md or sd for Vitali.

Am I right?
You are right except for the part that Vitali-Haye is a close fight and that Wlad cannot KO Adamek.

Wlad would have made light work of Adamek. 2009/10 past prime Vitali would probably have done a number on Haye, not so sure about shot 2012 Vitali though

SHOT?

He may not be as strong or fit as he was in 2004 or even in 2010, but he's far from shot.
A bit slower, a bit more measure, but not shot.

I think Adamek would have a better chance in winning against Wlad because he would put it on the line trying to knock him out which I guess would mean he did better than Haye. That's another debate altogether, if Haye goes the distance but at no point in the fight gave himself a chance to win does that mean he did better than Adamek who put it on the line and gave himself a chance to win but go knocked out in the 7th?

As for Vitali vs Haye it would probably be similar to the Wlad fight except Vitali would go for the KO.

As to the OP. Had Haye fought Vitali in 2011, he may have fared better than he did vs Wlad, but he still aint winning that fight.
Maybe a 8-4 type decision loss, but he's also more likely to get starched by Vitali. Fact is, Vitali could forget about playing nice with him and really impose himself on Haye, just as he did Adamek, and even with Haye's speed, he aint getting by Don Vito.

As for Adamek vs the Wlad that fought Haye, or any version of Wlad......no chance in hell at winning.

It was obvious during the Vitali v Adamek fight that Vitali did not want to hurt Adamek. He basically went 8 rds only doing enough to keep Adamek from winning until he was pulled.
Chances are a Wlad fight would be quite similar only Adamek corner having to pull him sooner rather than later.

That fight would have included some novel excessive Holding and wrestling by Wlad thou. If you think Wlad clinched against Peter in first fight too much this would broke the record

What would Adamek do against Wlad exactly?
