Dirrell can outbox anyone including Ward if his mind is set on the goal but it's him that has to prove that he can take punches and still box against the likes of Bute, Kessler, Ward, Froch and Pascal and Cloud of course. Pascal and Cloud can really connect very hard and it's a pity they are not meeting as yet so they would surely connect hard on Dirrel, that's fo'sure.

Am I the only one who thinks Cloud would be a bigger problem for Dirrell than Pascal? I just see Cloud's workrate and relentlessness across 12 rounds making him more uncomfortable than Pascal's early explosiveness.

He'd beat both of them handily imo. People are blinded by their hatred of him. He's undefeated really. He beat Abraham and Froch. Any boxer who beats Froch is damn good.

either way, we all can agree it would be interesting to see. i love when a slick fast boxer with power moves up a division and challenges the biggest punchers available, always interesting to see what prevails ala Martinez vs Pavlick
