I am thinking about placing that same bet.
Rios is just better than Alvarado and I just cant get over Alvarado going life and death with Herrera and Prescott who I feel are not on Rios level. Donaire is the tough pick for me. Nishioka is a very tricky fighter. He is also the same size as Donaire. I can see Nishioka getting lazy with a jab(southpaw) and Donaire coming back with one of those devastating left hooks to stop him. However my official prediction is Nishioka outboxes Donaire something like 8-4 but Donaire gets the decision. This is the next gravy train and Arum is not about to let it slip away. |

good picks, if either guy finishes on their feet they get the decision here. they could lose 11 out of 12 rounds and still win as long as they don't get KTFO'd, see the Rios vs Abril fight for evidence.

Bout time Donaire got rid of one of his opponents, Nishioka's a good opponent for the Filipino Fraud to feast on. Not sure the Japanese at his age and skill set can deal with the athleticism and power of Donaire.

No idea why Leon is picking Nishioka on this one. I say its a good scrap but Donaire will land the harder shots and possibly put Noshioka on his back multiple times.

I've had a mega long shot and went for Alvarado points (i'm not sure Rios will fare well without his usual huge size advantage), Donaire points and Price to stop Audley in the first 3. Tenner.
