If you had seen all of his fights as I have, you would judge him on that, not on the fact he is being used as a sparring partner because he is tall. He is appallingly bad. He will not win any kind of title. Price would beat him in less than 3 and I mean minutes not rounds

Well the the Commonwealth title eliminator part of this fight is a moot point if David Price doesn't vacate. I just watched all 90 seconds of him annihilating poor Harrison. First time I've seen him fight and the little I saw, he was impressively agile for such a big man and made Audley's chin look like it was made of crepe paper. Price seems to get right behind his punches from a lowish position and gets some real drive and power.
So the handlers of either camp that came out the winner of this bout would be foolish to send them in against Price. That said, I think he'll vacate and move on to bigger and better things. Price's team are talking about Fury...who I think Price would make a mess of too. |

He's had 14 fights and isn't the finished article. Like I said, he's far from hopeless. He works well behind his jab but appears to have a tendency to gas. Perfect fight for where Browne is right now.

He is chinny. He gases. He works well behind the jab ? When ? Which fight did you see that impressed you ? I am 100% certain he is not going to win a title, unless the promoters get him a vacant shot against a non contender. He is terrible. He has no clue what to do when someone moves. His power is overrated. He only remained unbeaten because of the worst piece of refereeing I have ever seen in his last fight

He uses his jab well in most fights. He sits down well on it, in my opinion and also Lucas'. In sparring footage I have of him, he looks like he uses his height and reach fairly well when he wants to, though in most of his fights he likes to come forward aggressively. I like the fact he appears to tire late, as that, mixed in with Browne's patience is where I believe the fight will be won.

We're certainly confident he can get the job done against Towers, but I believe it'll be a much harder task than most on here think it will be. No matter what the outcome, we'll reassess after the fight. We're certainly not getting ahead of ourselves and who knows, Price might land a Klitschko fight or similar soon enough. A win vs Towers will at least get Browne in one corner if he decides to vacate. Lucas and Mark train and spar together, I don't think it's something that's likely to happen, but who knows.
