Reminds me of this guy in the gym that used to try and squat 'bout tree fiddy for reps with a 2" ROM and now tells me that squats are a shit mass building exercise because "they did nothing for him".

Same as my smart "trainer" who said dont do olympic style weightlifting cause you will break your back

One of my boxer friends said he doesnt want to drink whey protein cause he doesnt want to be a bodybuilder....and btw he didnt lift at all ..he just did boxing and running.
