I would agree 122 is probably the deepest division under 140, but the problem is nobody cares. Look at 140 or 147 and it is just name after name of top billing guys. Because once you get down below 126 the fighters are smaller than an average female in most countries.

cotto was the #2 WW @ the time and has a win over mosley. ranking doesn't mean that shit since mosley was confirmed shot after the floyd, mora and pac fight.
