I always thought Lesnar should have retired after he beat Carwin and gone out on top and gotten back into the fake wrestling, it would have been hilarious and likely would have sky rocketed his fame and been good for the WWE.
He could have made claims of the mopping the floors with the UFC fighters so he returned to where the WWE where all the real fighters are. And he could of called out UFC fighters and other MMA fighters to fight him in the WWE which would have been pretty funny also. |

Its tough to quit on top especially after a win like that, you survive shaky moments and score a big in you feel invincible, probably started buying his own hype

No MMA fighter would fight him in the WWE so all the WWE fans would think they were ducking him. And if some MMA fighter wanted to get in on the act Lesnar would beat them in the WWE. It would have created a big buzz. |

I would not be shocked if we see Lesnar back in MMA. He has fans that will still believe he is a legit fighter and buy his PPV's.

well you can kind of say this about anyone guy who loses. i think Lesnar for all his discomfort with standpoint really believed that his wrestling was so good it would see him through with anyone

But then he got sick, lost too much of his strength, and found out that unfortunately he didn't have that real, natural fighter's mentality. A guy like Cigano is a real fighter, a guy like Brock is a bully. Brock had the bully mentality of being awesome when he was overpowering somebody, but when times got tough his true nature showed through and he turtled up instead of fighting back. He still had tons of heart and determination to persevere, he just mentally crumbled and panicked when he was getting punched in the face. Which is somewhat of a disadvantage for a heavyweight in the UFC.

He should have retired as soon as he became ill. However, that isn't the way Brock is made so he wanted to come back and fight on. Credit to him for having the courage to do so.
