I'm at around 12-14% just now with a visible 8 pack and pretty defined body. To get to 8% and maintain it say goodbye to any kind of normal life.

Hmm seems suspicious, have a friend who is 8-9 per cent, ripped, went from 15.5 stones to 12.

It can be done and he has maintained it for 7 months now.

Its not over training, 3 times a week weights and 5 times a week cardio/fighting is not over the top lol.

Nothing against you personally, but diets like Keto and such do just this. External aesthetics aren't worth the internal damage down the long run (my personal opinion). Someone else said it best in here (sorry, don't remember who) "Stop worrying about numbers and just get to where you want to be in the mirror" (or something like that).

RDJ has a GREAT post on nutrition that's been stickied as well as Puma's great strength training exercises. Give those a look and take what you want from there
