Those are some great vid finds for grappling intricacies boranbkk. Nice!

Your right about the teaching of the hip thrust - a lot of the heavier westerners just use a lift rather than thrust and miss out on a lot of power I think becuase of fear of missing and balance issues.

I love boxing. This is my first post on this forum. No doubt that for boxing we need to make arms and muscles strong. Knees should be strong for boxing. Anyway all posts are great and i really like this post.
