Woke up at 6:15 today.

I'm getting back into the groove. I restarted sparring last week. "more stamina more technique" is the verdict so I have to keep up with the running.
I bought some L-glutamine and multivitamin and so far, it seems to work like a charm. |

hey guys, originally just wanted to start this log for boxing, but then I got heavy into work.
I've never felt so down in my life, I feel like doing fuckall, so I am writing again, hoping to fight off depression. Goal is to exercice three days a week. A serious workout. |

Ran on tuesdays.2 miles.
Will do some calisthenics tommorrow at 5. been spinning my wheels since the first year of uni and all... so i picked up a book on boxing fitness and decided to come up with my own exercice plans. Lots of it seems to be crossfit-ish stuff. Front squats, thrusters, etc. But since I don't have a gym due to moving/lack of dough, I will have to stick to the floorwork/calisthenics for now. |

Ok I`m running 9 miles this week, will run 9 more next week and will bump it up the week after.I've slowly started doing calisthenics and shadowboxing for warming up.
Other then that, aching and sore everywhere. |
