Now we have that dumbass issue out the way of what a prime ATG is and let's look through Floyds resume. The two fighters that could be considered ATGs that where in their prime is Jose Luis Castillo (personally I feel he was slightly before his very best) but that is being a bit picky. The other is obviously Corrales, however if you believe the weight issues Diego was having, then you could strike that from the record. (again could be me being a it picky)

They are the only two, however I'm aware a few names may come up so I'll deal with them accordingly. Genaro Hernandez: not good enough to compete with the very best in the world, JMM: his best weight was either Super Feather or Lightweight, Hatton: past
his best slightly and light welterweight is clearly his best weight and Mosley: yes he looked good against Margarito, but his best days at welterweight where well past him, let alone his best days in his career as a whole which where at lightweight.

You are a full shit poster as well YOu are as bad as puga and D4.

And i agree in Coralles and Castillo are his 2 best wins and were in prime. (i'm happy to give fighters longer primes than most) Most posters on here think fighters are prime for one fight)

I think floyd has 4 wins of prime HOF'ers (Cotto, Hatton, Coralles and Castillo)
None of these are 1st ballot imo and none are ATG;s

You've got nothing. I'm here ready to hear on how Trinidad achieve in beating at ATG in prime.

Its not about winning. Its just about fighting them.

IMO Manny has fought 2 guaranteed prime ATG's in Barrera and Marquez.

And Morales the 1st time as a maybe 3rd.

Or are there others that I can't think of.
well Hopkins never either, and I actually rate Hopkins over Mayweather ATG-wise.

LMAO in Pac beating an Prime ATG in Barrera and Marquez. Barrera is a future ATG but he wasn't in prime against Pac. Marquez was not an ATG but was in prime when Pac fought him.

Simply put,

Manny Pacquaio aside, who has there been the oppertunity to fight?

Mayweather chased Mosley and Oscar earlier in his career.

Not everyone will be sucking his nuts. But he his ****ing good. Hate the diva but you cant deny hes does some nice little things in the ring. Before i got corrupted by esb and media I started knowing floyd from youtube. I was amaze at the skillz. Saying shit like that now u get laugh at cause hes such a diva outside the ring. From the people surronding me id say 80% of peep hates him.

you figured out how the game works.

Yes you could say Manny is an example.

I personally think Barrera and Marquez are ATG's IMO and were also in there prime when Manny fought them.

But tbh i'm just happy you learnt the rules

Jones wasn't prime at 160 and Joe wasn't prime at light heavy and was 37.

they will.

he'll be remembered as one of the greatest of all time.

His skills are incredible.

I just wish the Kosta fight happened, or manny in 08. or mosley or oscar really early on so we could see how good he truly is.
