Whats wrong with Doucheland, why is there no boxing.

Nothing. There is boxing, just not much professional boxing. Again I'm not interested in going pro at all.

What did you finish with an ameture record of?

Ended up at 3-5 (late starter, had my first fight at age 32). Lost the first two fights, then won three in a row, and lost my final 3 again. Was robbed once IMO (first fight), lost 2 on points, the other 2 were very close and could have gone either way.

Back in the gym since a few weeks, but I'm not keeping a log anymore. Been busy working for the past year and a half, couldn't combine it with boxing. I hope to be able to in the future though, it's going well at present.

Went again tonight and found out (again) that sparring isn't really possible for me anymore unless I have very good headgear that protects my left eye (cornea damage that keeps returning). Sparred against a lighter (but fast) guy, his glove scraped my left eye and vision went blurry already.

It's not pretty or hi-tech, but it works. Tested it out tonight, took a few right on the eye and all was fine. Thanks to duct tape.
