I know what you mean.

I'm as disappointed as many at the news of Hatton going to Primetime, and part of me would definitely prefer the presentation of Sky.

My first choice would have been Boxnation for overall coverage.

But I am secretly glad that Hatton hasn't gone to Sky after the way their relationship ended.

Come on Widdy man up!!

If you can only have one, and boxing is your thing there really is only one choice, Boxnation.

I know for certain that if I have to make changes Sky goes first, no doubt!

I ended my subs to Sky after Hatton-May (though not because of that)...this quote here sums my attitude to the situation up perfectly. This kid ^ nailed it.

i grumble at the cost but end up paying as dont wanna miss out on what little at the moment is shown, they said last year they was cutting back as it were on boxing, tied up with matchroom wasnt best idea,no competition kills it

knew boxing would suffer when sky announced the f1 deal

Did the David Haye PPVs have anything to do with Sky's decision? Did they lose some faith or belief in the sport despite the big numbers? Heard a lot of people saying Haye killed sky boxing

Haye probably buggered up Sky PPV, that and the fact there wern't many PPV worthy fights in the pipeline anyway, but "killed Sky boxing" is far too strong IMHO.

I'm sure boxing will be one of the sports that'll suffer.

If this BT channel shows some football and regular boxing i'm jumping ship faster than Ricky on a cocaine kebab.

I don't buy that reasoning, Gaz. He made them a fortune and, let's be honest, only the hardcore were complaining post-fight. Most of the folk in the pub I watched Haye-Harrison in really enjoyed the spectacle.

It was more that Haye was retiring and there was no one else worth a PPV. I'd say *****'s PPV spectacles had more to do with their decision.
