Yes I can.

Floyd offered full testing from the start in the first negotiations. No cut offs. my source for that is Dan Rafael.

Team Pacquiao agreed to full testing from the start. My source for that is Freddie Roach.

Team Pacquiao later backed out of that and wanted a 30 day cut off. Bob Arum.

Floyd offered a 14 day cut off after that. Team Pacquiao said 24 but it was seen that Manny was giving blood 21 days out for the Hatton fight as part of his pre fight physical.

Arum lied and said Floyd never offered a counter offer but the mediator said that was a lie and that Floyd offered 14 day cut off window for blood.

Manny himself said that he just didn't want to be tested the day of the fight and when he was told that he had a 14 day window he said it was too close to the fight.

Team Pac walked to fight Clottey.

Mayweather himself said that Manny would not get another cut off offer after that and that he will go back to his original offer.

Mayweather fought Mosley and even said after the fight that if Manny doesn't agree to the testing then no fight.

Manny later came out a month later and said he would do 14 day cut off?

Well 14 days is off the table bc he didn't except it. Mayweather went back to the original offer Puga. Now how the hell is Mayweather moving the goal post by going back to the original offer after Manny turned down the cut off?

and let us remember that this all stemmed off from floyd and his camps public accusations of pac using PEDs. and the mediator mentioned that both parties failed to make a deal so why would you accuse pac of walking out? they could have fought and settle for a middle ground of 19 days cut-off but didn't.

the cut-off is just one thing. pac conceded to 14 days and then to full cut-off. but floyd is not interested still siting that he needs more money and the higher split. he even wants all the PPV share for himslef. he also frequently sites needing to have his vacations when negotiations, especially the second one, is close to being made as mentioned by oscar and was later on confirmed by greenburg. right now, floyd is moving the goalpost again by saying that he cannot confirmed a fight for early next year and he just lost 15 pounds.

These aren't demands, or negotiating tactics, they are made up excuses plain & simple and there isn't even any way around that

Pactards 0 way of disproving any one of these 36 excuses. What does this make it? 60-0 vs Pactards?

the whole thing has been full of lies and contradictions on both parties...thats the main reason why you guys are arguing in circles....BOTH camps are doing the same thing!

Default Manny Pacquiao says Floyd Mayweather Jr. is "avoiding" him

"If the fight doesn't happen, it's not my fault," said Pacquiao.

"I'm not going to accuse him of being greedy or judge him, it's hard to judge. It's his title, it's his life, but I believe he is avoiding me."

It's not your fault?!

This idiot sounds like a 10 yr old who doesn't want to be blamed for not washing the dishes on time.

Fact of the matter is BOTH spoiled brats didn't do their chores.

What have you done, Pacquiao? What makes you think you shouldn't be at fault? All you've done in the past 3 yrs is say things like, "It's up to my promoter" or "Yes, I guess I will fight Floyd if the fans want me to."

Floyd is accountable of course but don't you dare say you shouldn't be blamed when you hide behind a greedy promoter who made a few road blocks that certainly didn't help materialize the fight.
