Default Cardio for weight loss

There are variety of exercises for losing weight.Cardio are best practices for this.They are amazing effects on health and fitness.Running,walking,swimming and some other weight bearing exercises are so effective for losing weight.They reduces chances of injuries too.

Gosh, that got me to wondering. what would happen if you chose an exercise, like running, and also dropped your calorie intake. would that also help? need some input on this one.
