just voted in the poll

its not a meaningless fight for obvious reasons but its clearly not the big mega fight with all the legacy implications and everything

the luster has diminished and the stakes have been lowered for this fight

but it aint meaningless, it would still be a huge event probably the biggest PPV ever, it would be the talk of boxing for the next months following the fight and casual fans would pay the PPV or go to the bar to watch or whatever

it would be big for boxing still

Keep up the good work.
The brilliant part of the sticky is that you can see the same people arguing over and over the same bullshit posting 1000s of meaningless crap trying to convince each other while all the neutral fans don't give a shit for quit some time.

I wouldn't be surprised if mayeather is looking for somebody to beat up again or do something to be in trouble so there will be a reason for him to go to jail again. another good reason not to fight pac. **** floyd! i thought he is a midget?! i thought you said pacquio you are next?!

I'm afraid Floyd is losing the respect of everyone! Fans, Boxing circles, officials and I'm sure, other fighters... He's talkin' the talk but not walkin' it! It's plain embarrassing for him...

i still think this fight would be a good close fight they are the 2 best boxers in the sport so i dont think anyone will get knocked out. pac has underated deffence an a solid chin an floyd has probs the best deffence an a good chin himself. i think it would go to the score cards an it would be close because of pacs work rate (i no it wasnt that good in the bradly fight) an when you press floyd he goes back in straight lines to the ropes but he is good a fighting of the ropes he has great reflexes an punch accuracy but pac has alot or aggresion so it would be what the judges favour in the end. also sorry for the spelling mistakes i typed it up fast cuz am busy watchin tele.

Default Manny Pacquiao beard................

Do yall think his bushy beard has helped him absorb punches lately, funny he didn't grow one til he became a Welter, and now his chin seems unbreakable. When in the past his biggest flaw was his glass jaw....

Yup. Marquez rocked his ass all over the place in their first 2 fights and can't even budge him during their 147 lb fight

And Pac's team wanted Margarito to shave his beard when Pac has the exct same one

Yes he must have an iron chin hiding under his beard.

since his defensive skills are so amateurish, it's gotta be his steel mandible that allows him to endure all those clean counters, and lead off shots.

Come to think of it, I can't really remember a fight of his, when he wasn't getting tagged up with shots that made his head snap back and spit fly out his mouth.
