Default Weightless Shoulder exercises

Anybody know any weightless shoulder workout for mass stamina just an overall workout, can be bodyweight exercises too

I like the above post.

Also Dips work the shoulders well.

Press ups with feet in the air and hands in / elbows at your side place alot of emphasis on your shoulders. If you are strong enough move on to one handed press ups in the same way.

Also do the exercise in the pic above but with the elbows in/ at your side it will hit the delts more as well, also its more sport specific to boxing with this motion.

Dip focus more on your chest n tri but they do hit delts a fair ammount. Look up male gymnasts. Some of the strongest guys in athletic sports are gymnasts. Most you bodyweight exercises.
