Himself and JJ Nevin spent monday night and Tuesday in the UK to meet up with the Lionhearts squad and Rob McCracken. There was another Light heavyweight there aswell by the name of Kamara from Sweden.

Don't shoot the messenger, just relaying what I heard. My source has no reason to lie, its not even that big of a scoop in fairness.

It's only sparring, everyone gets hurt, dropped, busted nose etc Bellew isn't particularly fast so I could see him often looking bad in sparring with speedsters.
