LHW & SMW need no discussion, but what about 154lb?
Light Middle, Junior Middle or Super Welter - I definately do not like Super Welter. Light Middle & Light Welter sound better to me Super Feather is better than Junior Light, same for Super Bantam. I prefer Junior Bantam to Super Fly Minimum weight or Straw - prefer Straw. |

The standard without any juniors/extra Supers is what I like best, although I have to agree on your last two, straw and junior bantam sound better.

I don't like to use the "super" designation, the original divisions came first so theres nothing "super" about their bastard offspring. "Junior" or "Light" either one, except at 130 lbs.

Super Fly, Super Bantam, Super Feather, Light welter, Junior middle.
I hate it when pundits/commentators use anything other than these names, it just sounds odd, especially calling 140 Super lightweight, it sounds crap. |

Using 'junior' is a Yank thing. Sounds shit.
I'd have Super middle, light middle, light welter, super feather, super bantam, super fly, light fly. That's how the British titles at those weights are labelled (apart from light fly which I think doesn't exist). |
