The thing is alot of the top names don't want to fight John in Indonesia. Not sure if the money would be the same for the challenger, but there is money fighting the other title holders. Also I think his performance against JMM didn't help his cause, because it furthers the risk over the reward for the top contenders. I think Gambio didn't want to fight John in Indonesia and most likely Juarez/John would have never happened if John didn't travel to the US.
