[quote=Senor Pepe';14189443]May 5, 1975

Tony Perez sued Muhammad Ali for $20,000,000 'for false, malicous and libelous statements'.

Over what,,,,,,,,
Muhammad Ali complaining about the lack of warnings from Referee Tony Perez when Chuck Wepner
'repeatedly fouled' Mr. Ali in their Championship Bout.

Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black.

You guessed it,,,,,,,,, Madison Square Garden.

Madison Square Garden was attempting to line up Muhammad Ali versus
Ken Norton (if Ken Norton defeated George Foreman in March 1974).

They were 'hedging' their bet..........Look it up......

You've told many lies under both your user names, so what else are you, if not an habitual liar?

You have been caught lying upteen times Pepe/Duce.

For a guy with so much secret inside information you have failed to produce one single shred of evidence to back up the most inflammatory of your claims.

That has nothing to do with it you reverse racists. Watch the flims for a change. You will see Pepe is correct. And the scoring in some Louis fights was horrible.

I said the Helenius vs Chosira decision was bad. Chisora won in my book. Remember that one? I call them as I see them, but if it doesn't coincide with your wanton political interests, you play the race card. " By any means necessary " would be a good motto for your sorry ass.

You called the Walcott Louis first fight for Walcott without ever seeing the whole fight, you're a nutcase.

I've been involved with boxing since 1970....I've never seen so much BS and just plain crap in all my life. Crazy thing is the level of expertise on this board is at such a low level this loser actually has a following! What's the next nugget of wisdom your thinking of making up? Let me guess...Foreman was drugged when he fought Ali in 74? Such crap!

I'm saying this premise never gets off the ground because Ali only fought in NY twice more. You go with what you want to believe.

In 1974,

Tony Perez was regarded as 'weak in the authoritative area'.

Which was just fine with Muhammad Ali.

The book on Tony, 'He takes his time before breaking up clinches, and he never
penalizes boxers for fouls'.
