Wasn't one of the Bohol's on some sort of slavery criminal charge- something about importing in a foreign fighters and taking his passport, then charging exhorbitant rent while working 'em for a pittance...

Was in the papers a coupla years ago?

Yeah he had a stable of fighters living in his gararge if i recall correctly. Took their passports and was mathcing them every second weekend, what a scumbag.
