Here are some of the most well known clubs round the Manchester area:

Northside ABC
Middleton Select
Irlam Boxing Club
Jimmy Egans
Ardwick Lads ABC
Bridgewater Salford ABC

Not sure exactly where the above clubs are but I know they are from around the Manchester area.

Try the ABA club finder tool for the addresses of all clubs in Manchester.

If you decide you want to box, all of the above clubs have plenty of lads out regularly and have good reputations. Northside ABC would be the first place I would try!!!

Yer I am mate, just on Lord Lane. Would definitely be going to Fox's but it starts at 5.30 according to Arnie, I wouldn't be able to get there until around 7. Also did Fox's used to be on Bradford Road? I keep going past a sign for it up that way on the bus, but looks like they aren't there anymore.
