What exactly does Pirog gain from making up an injury here? he isnt gaining anything, thats the problem. i just question his desire to be a boxer. much like i do andre dirrell. he will be 30 next year with only 22 fights.

You either way under estimate Martinez or over estimate Pirog. It's 80-20 at best and that's being generous to Pirog. In fact before even talking about the champ at 160, why not let Pirog take a massive step up first? I recommend a Macklin type or a Andy Lee type. Those would be massive step ups for Pirog atm.

it's a style match ups. the upper body movement would trouble the shit out of him. thats why Macklin did so well the first half. you are underestimating PIrog. he got injured before the GGG fight. and he started his career later then most. he stayed and amature longer. Martinez is good but he's not superman
