I must confess i did like Muhammed's Battle cry of "I will do to Buster...What Sitting Bull did to Custer..." - of course Buster got off a lot lighter than the
7th's esteemed blonde leader. Along with Ellis Muhammed showd a compassionate "Roadshow" side, Although Mr Blin came up against a far more focused and purposeful Ali. |

Ali fat at 227? I'm just not seeing it. But it's funny how in the "old days" a fighter simply gains a few extra pounds and all of a sudden he's fat and out of shape. 6'3" 227lbs today is lean and trim!

Yeah, the standards were higher in those days. But that didn't stop Buster Mathis enjoying the life of a heavyweight contender.
Ali was 215 against Frazier earlier in March of that year, 227 for Mathis in November. Something was wrong somewhere. |

Blin, though no world beater, was a better fighter than Danny Mc Alinden at that time, not that that means anything in the grander picture of heavyweights then. |

Truly a horrible display by 'so-called athletes'.
After this, Muhammad Ali had to leave the country. John Maff,,,,,,,,Ali was trying to stir up interest in a possible 'Danny Mac' fight, remember. Even calling him out, after Danny Mac dissed the entire Clay Family in London. |

Many a Page/Plant song was found to have "borrowed" or shared distict similarities from some other artists work with no credit given to the original artist. ***********.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=tiiY4ciKFQA Page is also notorious for claiming to have played on or written things as a session musician that he clearly did not. The main riff on "Gloria" by Them, the melody on "Beck's Bolero" and the guitar solo on "Hurdy Gurdy Man" are just some things that he's claimed credit for that others vehemently dispute. |
