Default Banks: Trains the Champ One Week, KOs Top American Contender The Next

I wanted him to pull it off, but honestly did not know if he would.
He had to train Wladimir, and then with losing Steward, attending the memorial earlier this week, etc.... I just didn't know how it would go.

Awesome win for Banks. Steward would be proud!

He did it even after eating that huge Cake for Deontay Wilder's birthday in the camp!

I thought he was more likely going to take a hammering. Big respect for handling it like this. A great week for a good guy.

It's safe to say John Banks has just entered the G rankings.

Hell yeah! Great achievement for Jonathon....nobody has ever trained a HW Champ for a winning fight and also won a HW Eliminator in the same month before. That is serious skill folks. He deserves all the credit in the world. I hope he is part 6 of the Legacy of Manny series.

Emanuel Steward would be very proud of him. The Kronk Spirit lives.

One of the most satisfying wins I've seen in a while. Was really pumped for the guy, and the Steward connection just makes this sublime.
