War Banks!!!! Manny Steward would be looking down and smiling. Finally the myth of Seth Mitchell has been put to bed.

Watching the main event now mate, that banks win almost brought a tear to my eye

Manny would be proud, as Banks said he always loved a good KO

Broner taking control at the moment but i'm hoping Demarco lands big in the next few rounds

Almost brought a tear to my eye as well. Extremely inspiring. I wish Mitchell the best in the future, but he was never ready for bigger fights. The Chazz Witherspoon fight showed that.

Great performance by Broner. He's got "The Future of Boxing" written all over him at this point.

Fought in close like a young James Toney. I thought Demarco was going to come on strong but Adrien picked up the pace each round and by the end you couldnt help feel sorry for Demarco. He took a hell of a beating tonight.

I can see why Ricky Burns dropped the title at SFW and moved up to LW now

They'll fight each other at LW, don't worry about that. Burns is better than Demarco who is a one dimensional fighter in all honesty (not bad though!). Burns' trainer always says that Burns is lightening quick which many don't pick up on. Burns would be bigger, longer reach and is more seasoned at the weight.

Burns-Broner is a 50/50 fight IMO

I really don't see the fight coming off tbh, but if Burns does take the fight hats off to him and the his team. I think Broner would take him out but I agree that Burns is a better all round fighter than Demarco.

Vasquez would be a better fight for Burns but it would be a messy 12 rounder imo.

Burns and Broner would be a completely different kettle of fish than DeMarco. Obviously Broner would be favourite, but I for one wouldn't write off Burns. Lightweight is pretty weak right now.

Havent seen enough of MDM against top level competition to make that judgment.

And to think that Broner is the same kid our own Willie Kickett took on a couple of years ago and held his own.

It was great to see Banks pull off the upset against Mitchell.
Drew a big smile to my face seeing it.
Broner was marvelous today & a fight vs Burns would be great indeed.
I would favour Broner but not by alot, Burns has looked sensational in recent bouts.

Brian Viloria was great early...started to tire & then awesomely finished off Hernan "Tyson" Marquez in a quality matchup everyone should have a look.
