yeah Demarco is a decent call, but it will draw criticism Burns is in that position now where anyone other than Broner will draw criticism |

Broner isn't the man at LW until he beats either Abril or Burns. One win against a one dimensional top 5 fighter doesn't mean he is no.1 despite the Haymon/HBO hype train.
Was a brilliant performance against a tailor made opponent nonetheless. |

DeMarco was tailor-made for Broner but it was still a very impressive performance in which he showed complete control, ease even.
In all honesty we really cant talk about Ricky facing Broner, not when he was scheduled to fight Walsh, he needs to go after a Vazquez or Abril. The gulf in opponent is as big as you can possibly get at that level, it's bordering on unbelievable and that is coming from a big Burns fan. |

Burns is really up against it and fighting the likes of Walsh (i know its off) is really helping Broner. ******** really needs to find a quality opponent for Burns as he has everything to do to beat Broner. Im sure Billy can see the big picture here and as his trainer needs a good plan B and C. Im full of praise and believe for Ricky and ive love it if he KTFO of Broner. But he (*******) needs to start getting his shit together. You cant fight the liks of Mitchell and Walsh then move onto Broner. No way hosea! |

Although I'd favour Broner, I'm not sure how his performance against DeMarco has any bearing on how he would do against Burns.
What makes people think it would be an early KO??
