he has all the power over the fighters he is an "advisor" that says I got "connections" with golden boy aka leverage to get you the most money for ur fights he offers them protection and allows them the most exposer .. See golden boy is good at promotions but not good at managing fighters look at the fighters that signed with only golden boy and not al haymon ... Sam Watson and sons they make sure the product aka fighter is in shape training focused whatever the fighter needs he provides .... Golden boy doesn't do that al haymon and team are in the streets in the gyms talking to people finding out who is who .... He signs the guy who won the nationals the panam games the golden gloves his team is in the gyms.....

Garcia is a spot holder. He wont be a long term champ an hes about to lose to Judah but thats just my opinion. Al is brilliant though but hes still a manager. He has an impressive stable.
