Good idea, Nonito knows the only way this match could be remotely competitive/entertaining is if the beyond shot Arce doesn't crumble like a pack of cards with the first punch.

Donaire is'nt saying no to drug testing, neither fighter is requesting it of eachother.

I'll take it as both fighters will oblige by commision drug testing protocol.
It does'nt mean Donaire will reject additional testing if its requested of him by Arce.

Of couse he's not, but the one thing that Donaire said in that video clip that did'nt suit me right was, "he can do what he has to do." Donaire said that in regards to PED use.
