How did Froch cope with Mack's slick blackness?

I knew froch would win, but I thought he'd have early trouble with macks slick blackness in the early stages.

Mack usually tires late but even against cloud he started well, up on his toes, ducking and diving, bobbing and weaving, shucking and jiving

Anyone else surprised with the early ko?

He dealt with his slick mackness pretty well.

His blackness almost had him in trouble early on though.

Mack took a dive, he didn't come to win. Froch is so over rated since the Bute fight it's not funny, he should fight Dirrell again. He also needs to shut his mouth about Andre Ward, Ward made him look like an uncoordinated amateur in that fight.

Mack Stood in the pocket and tried to work. Carl found the wholes and his power was too much.

Froch is in no way overrated. If any fighter has paid his dues and fought the best, it is Froch. The guy has balls of steel and has made me a fan.

Yeah he has balls and he's determined but he's over rated as hell when it comes to his boxing skills, he still pushes his punches and drops his left all the time while over committing. Dirrell would beat him, Kessler would beat him and Ward would shut him out again. He hasn't improved and people are acting as if he's an elite since the Bute fight. He's not, he's merely a good fighter who tries very hard.

No-one overrates his his boxing skills. He's very popular because of his style and mentality. Dirrell barely fights so I give Froch a better chance than last time and Kessler has slightly declined while Froch has improved. Ward is more or less the best fighter in the world so no shame in losing to him.

Dirrell needs to fight someone I suppose. He really has set the boxing world on fire over the last two/three years.

Well, his boxing skills were never great, but they are better now than they ever were. His strengths are heart and determination. He will always lose to a slickster like Ward, but that doesn't mean he's not an elite fighter. I think he would do better against Dirrell now, and he'd also beat Kessler.

he coped with it the same was he coped with bootay slick blackness. mack is a bum ass slick fighter who only wanted that pay check. i knew it was going to be easy money for froch and even easier for mack. it would be funny if mack was the real deal though and froch just started to beat all the boxers.want happen though but it still would be funny.

I guessed that Mack could hold on for a couple rounds.. But Froch found holes in his defense and bombed him out... I believe Mack is officially banned from the "slick and black" club for being KO'ed early by a white boy..
