Not yet, but if he continues his current form he could definitely get there. Beating Chocolatito in impressive fashion next then he'd be starting make a decent case.

Viloria has a very good, bordering on excellent resume. I don't think he's a definite HOFer yet, but he's probably only 2 or 3 more top wins away from it being a certainty. Roman Gonzalez would be one, if he moves up from 108, and he has already fought a couple times above that weight. Within the flyweight division, probably the best fight Viloria could make would be to avenge his prior loss to Edgar Sosa, who is as big a name as anyone else in that division.
