Have you watched a film on Bluray? The HD broadcast by tv channels is always compressed, often quite a lot and as a result it doesn't look that great. BBC HD for example is barely better than SD.

Streaming HD films on the net isn't that great either, they have to be heavily compressed otherwise they simply wouldn't be able to stream them.

Bluray is where the real HD stuff is at...

To be honest, i don't have a clue what you are on about..?

Blueray, SD etc....I don't have a clue what Blueray is. I have heard of it, but completely ignored it, because its irrelevant to me.

I am just not one of these people that make a big deal over such small irrelevant things.

If i want to watch a movie, i will just watch whatever is on TV on the movie channels.

People that take it too far are just being exploited by marketing, and they are being mugs. I have heard of blueray, but whatever it is..? I have never used it before, but my guess is that! It is another pointless channel or something you can download via your computer to watch movies on.

If i have not paid attention to it, it is probably pointless and taking it too far.
