I don't think he signed with Interbox. Dinu was coached by Stephan Larouche in Canada if he appears in Romania to we kind of get a hit that they are interested and serious about him. If not it probably was more of a incidental situation. Opponent is not know since the fight happens less the 1 month apart and won't be anything special.

Quite amazing how so little has changed within these assessments due to inactivity and an overall lack of meaningful fights.

Who is likely to make up the new generation of HWs coming on line (out of the amatuer ranks and from elsewhere) in the next 2 years who will be looking to make a name for themselves against the current second tier fighters?

Emir Ahmatovic! He is "just" a heavyweight in the amateurs but I think he wants to be a heavyweight in the pros and not a cruiserweight. This guy is pretty good. I dont say he will become champion but he clearly is somebody to watch out for.
He won the Chemie Pokal (BIG amateur tournament) this year. He won by KOing his opponent in the final.

I didn't recognize a single fighters name that he boxed and he only had two fights.

It is how it is. He won the Chemie Pokal. Dont you know this tournament? Also he fights in the Bundesliga (good amateur league) and is knocking most of his opponents out.
He also fights in the next euros. Maybe he can make some noise there.
